Refund policy

Returns:

The return of any defective product purchased in 2RS Market must be notified within a period not exceeding 4 working days after receipt of the order (counting the receipt of the order at the time it is delivered to the address provided by the customer for delivery). This will be communicated to our Customer Support Service info@2rsmarket.com.

If the damage is caused by transport, it must be reported within 48 hours with photos. You must indicate the order number, the product reference and the defect. It is recommended to attach a photo of the defective product to avoid delays in the resolution of the incident. We will reply to your email providing you with instructions for the return. We will not accept returns of goods in our warehouse unless they have been previously confirmed by 2Rs Market.

In any case, remember that in order to return the defective product you must keep in perfect condition the packaging, original boxes, properly labeled and everything that accompanies the product. Once the condition of the item has been checked, we will proceed to refund the purchase through the same means with which it was paid.


If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the product received, in accordance with the LGDCU Law, the buyer has the right of withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product. Outside this period, order cancellations will not be accepted. The customer must communicate their withdrawal by email to info@2rsmarket.com. Such returns will be accepted if the product has not been opened or exposed outside its official box and is in the same condition as when it arrived at the end customer. If this condition is met, the product can be returned. Therefore, the customer will be refunded the cost of the products, while the return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be made using the original payment method within 48 hours.

TIP:

If upon receiving the goods you notice that the packaging is broken or dented, or that the seal has been tampered with, it is advisable to state this in the comments field when signing the delivery note.

PRODUCT IMAGES

In some cases, product images are sketches provided by the manufacturers. These products, even those with real photos, may undergo minor changes in design and will not be accepted as a reason for return. The products always comply with the style and design guidelines provided by the licensee.

Funko Product Damage Policy

A small damage to the packaging that does not affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for refund claims. A small variation in the paint, missing stickers, a small bend, scuff or dent in the outer packaging can occur at any time during the manufacturing, supply or shipping process.

Following the new guidelines set by the manufacturer regarding the consideration of a defective product, claims for damaged packaging or minor paint defects will not be accepted for any Funko brand item. The important thing about the Funko product is the figures and not the packaging.
